If a valid access ID is provided, the endpoint returns the corresponding Access object.
To protect user privacy, the user object will only include the contact details (email or mobile number) that were originally provided at the time the access was created.
If the user has submitted a data deletion request, the response will display the mobile number as "#############" in place of personally identifying information.
