Access

By creating an Access object, you are giving guests permission to pick up and drop off your keys. Keycafe enables you to provide your guests with a scheduled access or an ongoing access to your keys.
Access objects contain detailed access information: a booking code (allows the guest to pick up or drop off keys with a code at the SmartBox) and a check-in link (allows the guest to pick up or drop off keys with one click on their mobile phone), access date/time for constraining the access window (for scheduled accesses), information about the guest and the key associated with the access, and the guest notification settings. The API allows you to retrieve information about accesses (either individually or as a list), create, update and cancel accesses. Also, if necessary, you can resend access instructions to your guest.
